The "Daily Telegraph," in an article denling with the rise in. the priees of household commodities, snys that during tho past twelve mouths groceries have increased well over 8 per cent, and fruit, vegetables, fish, and milk have all considerably enhanced in value. The "Telegraph" also points out that in tho ton. years ended, 1911, the wages of factory hands had increased ' over one hundred per cent.
