UPROAR IN CHINA'S ASSEMBLY

Tho National Assembly was in nn uproar yesterday over the execution of tho two Hiipoh generals at tho order of tho President, Yuan-Shih-Kai. It was declared that tho explanation of tho Generals' execution was unsatisfactory, and momoers demanded tho attendance! of the Premier and War Minister to-morrow. Yuan'-Shih-Kai has declared that the Government is unconcerned and prepared to take strong measures. Hβ declares that he lias, ample proof of tho guilt of tho executed men. Meanwhile the southern papers are fanning strife. Heavy firing is reported at Wuchang since daybreak. Dr. Sun Yat Sen is journeying from Shanghai to Peking, and will consult Tang Shao-Yi, the lute Premier, at Tientsin. A TROUBLESOME RASCAL; (R«c. August 21, 11.5 p.m.) London, August 21. Tho Hankow correspondent of "The Times" says that local opinion has received the execution of Chang-Chin-Wito, one of tho Hupeh Generals, with equanimity. It was generally considered that he was a troublesome rascal, and deserved his fate.
