WHAT THE KINO MKIHT DO

Lord St. Aldwyn, in a speech, said the Government might pass the Home Rulo and, Disestablishment Bills, but he thought they daro not advise tho King to assent to them, as in view of the present trend of public opinion they might bo told it was their duty to consult tho country. The House of Lords, after a hrief debate, would reject both measures.
