LIEUT-COLONEL BURNETTSTUART'S SUCCESSOR. Liout.-Colonel .T.' T. Burnett-Start, D.S.O.i (Imperial General Staff), who has resigned, for reasons of ill-health, his appointment--as Director of Military Operations and Intelligence- on the New Zealand General Stuff, leaves for England at the end of the present month. Major J. K. Cochrane (Imperial General Staff), at present General Staff o&>cr at District Headquarters, Palmerston North, succeeds Liout.-Coltmcl Stuart as Director of Military Operations and Intelligence, and takes up his duties at General Headquarters to-day. ■
