LIFE-SAVING SOCIETY.
The annual meeting of the Wellington Centre of the Eo.val Life Saving Society was held in the Y.M.C.A. last evening, Mr. T. Eonayne presiding. Tho annual Teport and balance-sheet were adopted. The following officers were elected:—President, Sir Robert Stout; vice-presidents, tho Hon. J. Bigg, Mr. T. M. Wilford, M.P., Dr. A. K. Newman, M.P., Dr. A. Kemp, Dr. A. M'Arthur, Messrs. J. P.
