Spain obtains Mount Ghani, near Alcazar, and meets France's demand for compensation by relinquishing the greater part of her present southern zone, but retaining Efni and a strip, of 100 kilometres of coastline. Each'nation will retain the Customs revenue of their respective zones. ' Tho status of Tangier forms the subject of a separate agreement, conferring autonomy under an international council and municipality.
