SCOTTISH LABOUR PARTY.
$ tA NEW ORGANISATION. By Teleeranli—Press Association—Oouyrlslit (Eec. August 20, 11.15 p.m.) London, August 20. A Labour conference in Scotland has decided to form a Scottish Labour Party. While the party will maintain relations with the National Labour Party, it will propose a policy in keeping with Scottish sentiment. The party will probably nominate eleven candidates for the next election.
