JudgmentThe judges being satisfied that the horso Benzowen was trained by his owner, H. Harding,- who was not in that behalf (Inly qualified, hereby reverse the decision of tho Duncdin Metropolitan Committee, and therefore adjudge that- the horse Benzowen is riot'the winner of tho Flying Handicap at the Southland Racing Club's meeting on March 27, 1912, and that the horso Sombrero be declared the winner thereof. ' In the matter of the appeal by C \ Campbell, trajner, against the decision of the Dnnedm Metropolitan Committee endorsing the decision of the Southland Racing Club in disqualifying Campbell for two years for corrupt practices. Judgment: The judges, holding it proved that there was -a deliberate arrangement between H. Harding and C. A. Campbell to substitute Campbell's name ns trainer instead of Harding's, whereas Harding, who .was not qualified, did in fact train the horse Benzowen, hereby dismiss the appeal of C. A. Campbell and confirm the decision of the Duhedin Metropolitan Committee endorsing the disqualification of C. A: Campbell for two years, nnd order the deposit in the case to be forfeited.' They call the attention of tho Dunedin Metropolitan Committee to tho complicity of H. Harding in the fraudulent arrangement with C. A.
