The following figures relative to butter factory outputs tiro compiled from tho annual list of creameries, factories, private dairies, and packing-houses registered by the Agricultural Department in accordnuco with tho regulations under the Dairy Industry Act, 1908, as to the manufacture and export of dairy produce.
