Dr. Woodrow 'Wilson, Democratic candidate for the Presidency, has opened his Presidential campaign in New Jersey. Ho attacked the Republican tariff-making methods, and pointed out Hie benefits to the. mercantile marine to bo derived from tho Panama Cnual. Ho did not refer to the Canal tolls' dispute. Tho omission is regarded as significant.
