The papei'3 in the case of the simplelife advocate Chidloy, who was recently adjudged insane, have been tabled in the L«giskt f ve AeeemMjr. They irclude the police comp aint of Chidley's alleged indecency; Chidley's discussions in public; and tho doctors' report that judging by the usual standards Chidloy must bo considered mentally unsound. A special report of the lnspeetor-Goncral of thft Insano was also presented. The Government, it is understood, endorse's the doctors' opinions, on which Chidley was committed to the asylum.
