KOAR FROST.
TWELVE DEGREES AT KELBURNE. One of tho heaviest frosts , recorded in Wellington for some years was experienced between midnight nnd daybreak yesterday morning. Xo fewer than twelve degrees were registered. At 6.30 a.m. the .instrument recorded ten degrees of frost, which is remarkable for Wellington, where severe frosts arc, as a. rule, infrequent even in niid-vinrer. Tho weather for the last two days has boon brilliantly lino, with clear (ikies, warm Eunshiao, and an absence of wind.
