The Porte, in replying ro Bulgaria's vigorous remonstrances, has promised an inquiry into the ivochana massacre and the punishment of the guilty. Tho Vali of Salonika has been recalled for protesting against martial law. Several other officials havo been suspended. MONTENEGRO STIRRED. FIGHTING ON THE FRONTIER. (Rec. August 12, 11.35 p.m.) Cetinje, August 12. Fighting on the Turkish frontier has recommenced. Tho Turkish posts have been reinforced. There is the greatest excitement throughout Montenegro. The Young Turks exploded a bomV) in the A.ustrian Post Office at Salonika, and another in a tramcar. Reshid Bey has been appointed Tali of Salonika.
