BILLS TO COME.

IMPORTANT MEASURES EXPECTED. Two important Bills will bo circulated early this week—tlio Land and Income Assessment Bill and the Arbitration and Conciliation Amendment Bill. The former Bill will give effect to the proposals contained in the Budget to extend the operation of the Graduated Land Tax, and the latter has to do with tlto proposed changes in the constitution of the Arbitration Court, and in the modification of the law regarding the settlement of industrial disputes. Tlio Public Service Bill will also bo in tho hands of members in the course, of a day or two. The Valuation Bill, ol which notice was given in the Financial Statement, is not to come down nest week. Tho Land Bill will not make its appearauco for two or three weeks.
