Caujillower. Date Pudding. Baked Custard. SUPPEK. Cold Brisket of Beef. Salad. ■ Meringue Pudding. Ajix Fruits,' Lemon Sponge. COCOA PUDDING, Goz. bread crumbs, 1 pint milk, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa,. 1 teasnooniul essence of vanilla, 2oz. butter, a niuch of salt. Boil the milk, and pour over the breadcrumbs; add tho butter, sugar, and cocoa, which must be mixed to a smooth paste, with about a tablespoonful of boiling water, adding a teaspooulul of sugar to it before pouring on the water, as this keeps it from b=iug lumpy. Beat the yolks of eggs, and add to the mixture with tlioe?senco of vanilla. Pour into a buttered pie-dish, and bake for Jhr. Beat the whites to a stiff froth, sweeten well, and flavour with vanilla. Put on tho top of tho pudding as rockily as possible. Return to the oven until brown. Serve at once.
