Genius- was in front of Stephanos anil Con the Shaughrauii at the end six furlongs, done in ltnin. lEsce., but Stephanos was going best. Stopmcter beat Magilnla. both carrying fair weights, over seven furlongs, in lmin. ,'M-rc. It was an attractive gallop. I'aisano sprinted half a mile in jfiscc. Spa Queen and Mini were together at: the end of six furlongs, run in lmin. 20 Msec, Mangaroa beat Mumura easily over seven furlongs, in lmin. .15 2-ss,m\ Salute was Iwtier than Prosper over six furlongs:, occupying lmin. 20 1-asec. Mount Victoria and Leapulci wore together at the end of a half-mile, run in 51' 4-ssec. Captain Jingle did the last nine furlongs of two rounds in 2niin. ft 2-ssec, moving well. Odessa did half a mile in 55sec, and Bully a mile and a quarter in 2min. £2soc. Uranium ran the last nine of ten furlongs in 2min. 8 3-ssec. Sandy Paul beat Darby Paul and The Native over seven furlongs, in lmin. 38 l-asec. Probable beat Armamento over seven, furlongs in lmin. 38 2-ssec Elfish had the better of Tyrannic in a. seven-furlong go, occupying lmin. 3!Hsec. Continuance ran six furlongs in lmin. 22 2-ospc. Te Tua and The Gunner ran a half mile in 57 3-ssec., and White Cockade seven furlongs in lmin. 36sec. Waterworks was better than Bandalero and Xeseot over five flights of hurdles. Waikaraka, Flingot, and Bourrasqiio were schooled over hurdles, and Cardiff, Simon Pure, Jack Ashore, and Waipureka went once round the hurdles, giving a good display, in which Cardiff showed to best advantage. Sir Lethe did a round and a half of the fences, jumping brilliantly. The Spaniard, Black Northern, Silver Cluse, reel, and Suffragette took eight flights at a sound pace. Koran and Coronetted did five flights, the former giving the best display of the morning. Master Paul, Armagh, and rTautere were schooled over the fences, Armagh doing two rounds nicely. Faufere's rider was dislodged at the second double. Mastor Paul fell at the post rail. This pair subsequently went round safely. Others did n«ofu] work. Antarctic, was pot out. To Ptofi is under veterinary treatment, consequent on a fall last week.
