A Judge of the Court at Ipek has been assassinated. Advices from Keuprili 6tate that a Bulgarian has been arrested for plncing a bomb in a local club. MASSACRE OF CHRISTIANS. Athens, August 7. A seven hours' massacre followed tho bomb explosion at Kochana. Fifty Christians wero killed and a hundred mortally and a hundred seriously wounded. PEACE NEGOTIATIONS. (Rec. August 8, 10.30 p.m.) Paris, August 8. Several Continental papers report that peaco negotiations are proceeding at Zurich between Turkish and Italian diplomatists.
