Ulingworth succeeds him as Chief Whip. .Lord Cowdray has offered the Viscount Elibank a partnership, and he becomes a director of the Weetman-Pearson firm. ,'lt is understood that the Murray Estato, in Peebleshjre, is somewhat' embarrassed, and Visoount Elibank has (jiven his son control thereof.
