SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for cloudy and un? settled weather, with rain in most parts and snow on higher levels. Increasing northerly and westerly winds probable, with n, failing barometer everywhere. Stormy weather wa-s experienced on Satirday, but a temporary improvement took ilacc on Sunday.
