Two committees ivere appointed, one with the very important'duty of constructing a, uniform' scheme of organisation i from. the.material supplied by the various' branches-of the League. Tho purpose of I this scheme, which is intended to bo car- ' . ried out throughout tho Dominion, is to consolidate tho popular support' of (he 1 Reform Party, and to secure the full and ; efficient "USO" of- tho strength .which the party lias gained in the country.
