One teacupful flour, 1 Icacupful ground rice, 1 tc.uMpful suet, 1 ieacitpfiil raisins, I teacupi'iil currants, 1 Inaciipfiil milk, lialf-teacupful sugar, quarter-teaspooni'iil carbonates of soda. Stone tho raisins, wash, and pick, the currants, chop the suet; mix all the dry ingredients except the soda, which should bo dissolved in a little warm milk; add the milk and soda; mis well j pour into a well-greased basin, tie over a scalded and floured pudding cloth, and boil three hours; serve with sweet sauce. FOE TO-MORKOW. Stock. 21b. steak. Turnips. Eggs. Butter.
