EXTRADITION REFUSED.
< —: ; NEW ZEALAND WOMAN'S BANKRUPTCY. fly Teleerarh—Press Association—Cosyrieht : , Hobart, August 3. Tho Court, has refused to. grant the extradition of Mrs. "Amnion, " formerly if AucWand. She was charged by the New Zealand police with leaving the Dominion .within twelve months of her bankruptcy; with money , which should have been handed to her creditors, who were willing to accept a compromise which was being arranged. Tho Court held that the Bankruptcy Law was being used when there was no occasion therefor.
