J.B. 0 2 0 R.A.11 0 12 0 l : or Mrs. HancockM.H 1 1 0 R.A.H 0 12 0 The 'Wellington City Band was fortuuate in having a very fine afternoon yesterday for. its charity performance at Newtown Park, in aid of the fund being raised for the relief of Iho families of Iho late tram conductors Hancock and il'Kay. There was a large attendance of the public,''and tho collection totalled, roughly, J177. Amongst the coins were, a sovereign, 29 half-crowns,- 55 florins, -iOl shillings, 1012 sixpences, 12S1 threepenny-bits, and coppers to the value of £5 11s. sd.
