IN NEED OF FUNDS. A deputation from tho New Zealand Institute waited on tho Prime Minister yesterday morning to ask tho Government to do certain tilings to place tho institute on a nioro satisfactory footing. Ho would refer tho request for an increased grant to Cabinet. He could promise the deputation that the Special Committee would be set up.
