HOW HON. ,T. A. MILLAR SEES THINGS.' (By Telegraph.— Vim Association.) Auckland, August 2. Tho Hon. J. A. Millar arrived in Auckland this morning, en route to Rotorua. Tho member for Duncdin West is in much improved health, and hopes that, after undergoing treatment for another six weeks at Rotorun ho will bo thoroughly restored to good health. Mr. Millar does not anticipate that thoro will bo anything of a stirring naturo doing in the' House during his absence. In his opinion no attempt mil, at present bo made to oust tho Massoy Government, for it is now realised that, if tho strength of tho parties was again tested, Mr. Massoy would havo a majority of twelve. Tho new Government will, ho thinks, ondenvour to get n good deal of more or less important legislation on to tho Statute Book, but ho does not anticipate that any great progress will bo made during < tho present session.

Asked his opinion as to tho Hon. The ox-Minister .declined to discuss his own future intentions politically.
