FEILDING.

Sergeant-Major AVray, who is lo assist Sergeant-Major Morrison in conducting drills in the Feilding military area, has commenced duty. He will relieve Ser-geaut-M.ijor Morrison of the out-sido work, and tho latter will now attend all parades held in Feilding. Tho'raiufall in Feilding for the month of July was 1.5S inches. The "pour" occurred'on 13 days. Last year's record for July was 1.01 inches on 17 days.
