SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly wiindi;, squally at tiroes, on the East Coast and in Cook Strait. The barometer will probably continue to riso steadily everywhere, with cool and changeable weather, and clearing showers on tho East Coast. Showery weather is still reported on the eastern coasts ot both islands. Moderato to strong and cold southerly winds have prevailed, with a steadily rising barometer. D. 0. BATES.
