The Duke do Lorge, a well-known rrcncii nobleman, while visiting Mr. John -Arthur James, M.V., at Grafton Street, fell down a lift well, and was killed. SHELL FIRED AT A HOSPITAL. London, July 28. During the destroyers' night attack off Spithcad, in connection with the mobilisation of Hie Portsmouth Garrison, a shell whizzed past the Ilaslar Hospital, instead of being aimed at the moving targets accompanying the warships, and was embedded in the lawn of the hospital, but did not explode.
