(Scecialij written for Tne Dominish.) TUESDAY. Kidney Soup. Koast Shoulder of Mutton. Onion Sauce. Baked Potatoes. Cabbage. Lemon Tart. Rice Pudding. LEMON TART. 2 eggs, 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of sugar, grated rind and juice of 1 Jenion, 1 tablespoonful butter, flaky pastry. Line a tart-plato with flaky or puff pastry, and bake until a light brown. Put the butter, sugar, juice, ami grated peel of the lemon into a small saucepan. Beat the egg well, and stir all over the fire together until the mixture thickens. Pour into the" tart-case, and serve. TOR TO-MORROW. Haricot Beans. Stock. 21b. Steak. 2 Dozen Oysters. Suet. Dates. Spice.
