PRINCE DIKRAN.
e TAKES ACTION TOE ALLEGED LIBEL. (By Telegraph— Press Association.) Carterton, July 27. With reference to Press Association messages published this morning, Prince Dikran, tho Albanian exile, states that he did not stay two years in Vancouver, but tivo weeks. He also says he has instructed his solicitors to begin an action against the Wanganui "Chronicle" for its comments as to his bona fides, and against the journals which copied the. comments. Masterton, July 27. It is understood that Prince Dikran intends to issue a writ for libel against tho Wanganui "Chronicle" and tlie "New Zealand Times" for publishing statements doubting his credentials and bona fides. The "Chronicle" published a footnote to a telegram re Prince Dikran, and this was sent out at Wanganui and published by various papers. Prior to issuing tho writs against the "Times" and "Chronicle," Prince Dikran instructed his solicitors to demand apologies.
