After a conference with counsel, the charges o£ striking made against 31 of the North Coast Company's wharf labourers, in connection' with their refusal to work a steamer wMle soamon wero engaged in her Uolds, wero withdrawn. Three other defendants wore dismissed, on fiho ground that thoy wore unaware that a Btriko had been called till they arrived at the wharf. Tho other cases are unfinished.
