There was a keen demand for both sheepskins and hides, ox especially being in much request. Prices were on tho average id. per lb. higher for shecpekins, while in hides, cows sold readily at par with last sale s rates, ox being id. to Jd. higher on the average. The wet weather experienced lately no doubt militated against largo catalogues being, forward.
