Messrs. Dalget.y iind Company, Limited (Palmerston North branch), report:—At out weekly sale at Palmereton North, on Thursday, only ai small yarding of stock came to luwid, owing, to the wet weather, and realised as follows:—Mixed hoggct3, lln. 6d.; cull ewes, in lamb, 6s. 2d.; fat ewes, 143. 6d. to 14s. At our Huntervillo Gale, on Tuesday, a modinm entry of stock came to hand, which sold readily as below:—OuU lambs, Bs.-2d.: small mixed twotooths, 10s. The New ZeaJand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd,, report:—At Fcilding, yesterday, owing to the extremely rough weather, stock advertised did not come forward in full numbore. We disposed of all our sheep and most of the cattle at satisfactory pr.icos, and quote as follows: — Mixed hoggetsj 12s. 3d.; woolly hoggets, to 135.; good owes,, in lamb, to 18s .63.; cull owos, 25.; store cows, £2 195.; springing heifors, £5 3s. 6d.; empty heifers, to £3; npringing cows, to £5 10s. . At Mossra. Gibsonc and Gardner's sale there was a fair attendance of buß'ere, and, notwir.h■standing the inclement weather, a very successful sale resulted, cows making various prices, up to £22 10s. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:— A-t Shannon, on Wedncfday, owin" to the vory wet day. stock did not come in up to advertised numbers. We had fair yardrags of both s.heop and rattle, and good competition cxi-ted for all classes, practically everything changing hands. Quotations:—Ewos in lamb.
