EMPLOYMENT OF SAILORS IN , HOLDS. ' By Telegraph-Press Assoeiation-rCopyrSlrtit (R«c. July 25, 9.30 p.m.) •. Sydney, July 25. Sixty-sevea of the North. Coast wharf labourers, who were involved in.the etriko on Julyv3B were charged to-day in the Arbitration Court with having participated in a strike to onforco the North. Const Steam Navigation Company's compliance with their demand not to employ sailors in the holds of the efonmer Burringbax. The company claimed that the agreement with tho wharf labourers permitted such employment. In the first case tho Court found that tho defendant had not participated in the strike, and he was discharged. Tho cases against tho other CO defendants were adjourned.
