TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tns DcMIKIOH.] FRIDAY. Lentil soup. Curried fish. Potatoes. Macaroni ehec.se. Marmalade pudding. MARMALADE PUDDING. Four ounces flour, four ounces butter, two ounces sugar, two eggs, two tablespoonfuls of marmalade or jam, two teaspoonfuls of milk, half a teaspoonful' soda (mixed with thb milk), a pinch of salt. Beat tho butter and sugar to a cream, add the flour and marmalade, then the scda and milk, and lastly the whites of eggs beaten to a very stiff froth. .. Butter a mould thickly, and steam for ono hour and a half. Serve with marmalade mado hot, and poured round the pudding-. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock, six or seven pounds pickled pork, carrots, turnips, parsnips, suet. FOR SUNDAY. Stock, sirloin of beef, horse radish, Brussels sprouts, raisins, spice. FOR SUPPER. Chicken, white sauce, salad, peaches, cream.
