SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc for strong easterly winds, with cold showery and changeable ' weather, especially on tho East Coast. The barometer will probably rise for a ohort, time in the north, but fall everywhere after from twenty to twenty-four hours for a westerly lowpressure area, which is due to pass in the south at the end of this week.
