The Bishop of Liverpool, Dr. Chavasse, visited the "Wesleyan Conference and welcomed the members ns brothers. Ho looked hopefully, ho said, to tho timo when they all would bo once ngaia a. visible unity, and that thero would not bo a compromise for tho sako of peace, but comprehension for the sake of truth. The Bishop paid a tribute to Wesleyan foreign missions.
