1 QUESTIONS IN PARLIAMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. July 21, 5.5 p.m.) London, July 20. The general indignation regarding the Putunroyo rubber .atrocities has been voiced in the House of Commons in the form of many questions. The roplies of Mr.' Acland,- (Parliamentary Under-Secre-tary for Foreign Affairs) confirmed tho statement that English are among the perpetrators. The Peruvian-Amazon Company is liquidating and it is therefore difficult to make them answerable to the law. The Government is prepared to co-operate with tho United States in exerting pressure on Peru to bring the criminals to justice.
