Messrs. Dalgoty and Co., Ltd., report having offered, at their Eketahuna sale, a fair yarding of sheep and a small! entry of cattle to a, good attendance of buyero. Sheep throughout Bold well, and the firm had a total cloaranco at auction at prices ■highly satisfactory to vendors. Good owes in lamb, 14s. 9d. to £1 Cs. 10d.; inferior ewes, Bs. 7d., 9s. to 11s. 4d.; hoggets, 10s. 6d. to Us. 6d. CaWle: Cows in c.blf. £3 11s., £4 to. 6d. to £4 76. 6d. Messrs. Dalgety and Co., litd., report on their Leviu ijtoocft sale, held yesterday, as follows:—Our sheep entry consisted principally of mixed hoggets, which opened with a dragging sale, and a .number of lines worn passed under the hammer, but wo" quitted the majority privately after the.sale. Tim cattle entry was a, large one, and we ponned a Rood number of springing heifers and'fat cattle, which sold well'up to lato rates. A pen of very prime fat cows were sold on account, of Jlr. John Kebbell off his Ohau run, and. aftsr keen competition, . were secured by. Jiessrs. Bulliman livos., of Levin, for £8 ss.
