SUNDAY. Oyster soup. Boast sirloin of beef. Yorkshire pudding. JJakcd potntocs. Cauliflower. Plum pudding. Fruit tart. Cream,
1 SUPPER. Veal aDd'ham pic. Cold beef. Salad, Meringes. Bruit saiad.
OYSTER SOUP. Three pints fish stock, 3 dozen oysters, 2oz. butter. 2oz. ilour, 1 pint milk, mace, lemon rind, 6alt and cuyenno to taste, 1 teaspoonful anchovy Bauoo, n equeczo of lemon iuice. Bsara the oysters; put them into tho stock with a piece of lemon rind and mace, and simmer 'half on hour. Then strain. Molt the butter, 6tir in the flour, nnd stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Then cook one minute, and add tho stock. Stir until it boils. Add tho milk, .repeat, and then add cayenne, lemon juice, and anchovy. Put the oysters into- a gravy strain, boil tho oyster liquor, and hold them in for fivo sec onds. Then put intr> the tureen and pour the soup over them. < .
