TWO NEW COMPANIES 'REGISTERED. Diming the past week two new dairying businesses have, according to tho "Mercantile Gazette.," been. registered. One is tho Ratainri Co-operativo Dairy Factory Co., Ltd., which Ikis a capital of .£IOOO, divided'into 1000 shares of-JJI each. Tho objects of the company are to 'manufacture and sell, cheese, butter, and ; all other dairy products. The registered office, of the company is at Duncdin. The-second company is the AVellington Dairy Farmers' Co-operativo Association, Ltd., which has <i capital of .CISOO divided into GOOO shares of ss. each. The subscribers are:—AV. T. Strand, 120; F, C. Jones, 70; J: Lewis, 50; E. E. Sniith, 20; D. Judd, 50; G. P. Catley, 50. The objects of.tho company are stated as being to carry on business as dealers in milk and other dairy produce.,■■
