These speakers Wore supported by Mrs. Carter and Mrs. Dupree respectively. Other speakers were Misses \YicklilTo, l.inscll, Butt, Smith; Laurvig, nrnl Gardnsr. The motion was declared carried, in spite cf the protests of the innlo members, who were
