FEILDING NEWS

There is no word yet of damage by flood waters. From Mr. T. W. M'Kenzie, of Masterton, the Feilding A. and P. Association has received a very handsome silver cup. This trophy, which is valued at ,£5 55., is to be won outright bv the heaviest pen of fat lambs at the show. The Beautifying Society has received a plan from Messrs. Ilorton and Son for converting an acre of the South Street Reserve into a landscape garden. The funds from the. recent successful garden fete are tobe used for this purpose, with some assistance from the Borough Council.
