' Cloud-burst's and floods were the cause of the death of 200' people in the State of Guanajuato, in Central Mexico. Tho cities of Salamanca (about 13,000 inhabitants) and Colaya (26,000) were des-troyed,-and starvation is facing thousands of tho residents. . Property to the value of twenty million dollars has been wiped out in Santiago Valley. In Denver, Colorado, five hundred people are homeless, through a cloud-burstj which flooded the entire city.
