A motor omnibus conductor was lined 5», at Acton Police Court, London, for "wilfully deceiving a passenger ' respecting the destination of tm omnibus." The complainant, Mr. William Eydmann, said the omnibus had an Acton board on it, and his ticket was punched for Birchgrove, Acton, but on reaching the garage some distance from' Blreligrove, tlu> conductor told him the omnibus would not go any further.
