TO-MORROW'S PROGRAMME. Arrangements for the observance of Arbor Da.v in Wellington to-morrow are now complete. About 100, trees will be planted in celebration of the day. Mount Cook- licys' School. South Wellington Schocl, Berhnmpore. Terrace School. Northland School, Maranui School. Newtown Uivn Tennis Club (near Coromandel Street). Uoseneath School (11.30 a.m.). The serne of the official demonstration, which takes place at 10 a.m.—speee,h-nu\k-ing by the Ihiyor ami others—is Section 48.,T0wn Bell (immediately at the rear of Wellington Terrace and south of Victoria College).
