A force, of Chinese, soldiers nnd villagers united and surrounded a building near Ivbolnii, v in Eastern Turkestan, belonging to SaidElVondi, and containing a hundred Russians. Many were inns-acred. Russia is making strong representations to Pricing in connection with tho incident.
