' ] Three good tabl-cspoonfuls sago, scant pint of water, one tablespoonful brown < sugar, one tablespoonful treacle, juice ni ! lemon. Wash tho sago, put it 011 in a saucc- 1 pan, with a pint of cold water, boil until clear, stirring frequently. Add-the treacle, ' sugar, and lemon juice. Stir over the fire 1 until it boils.
