Edgertnti i rais found dead willi <i bullet wound in t lio breast, apparently srolf-inflictod with' a riflei, which was imilor his body. Ki!lbride was also found dead ii> ail adjoining i>oolll, but with no marks of violence on his body. It h surmised that ho died several days before from an apoplectic 'seizure. 'Edgerton was a lus.ll of eccentric habits.
