NAVAL ESTIMATES.
INCREASE OF 434,000,000 PROBABLE. By Teleerapli—Presa Association—Coryrlelit (Rec, July 12, 10.15 p.m.) London, July 12. The. "Daily News" eta tea. that the Admiralty will ask for an increase of probably ,£4,000,000 in nest year's Navy Estimates.
Tho Navy Estimates for 1912-13 showed a decrease of .£307,100 compared with thoso for the previous year now ending. In hia explanatory statement Mr. Churchill said: "These Estimates have been framed on the assumption that the existing programmes of oth'er naval Powers will not be increased. In the event of such increases it will be necessary to present supplementary Estimates both for men and money. Tho Estimates for 1912-13 amount to JE«,O85,'1O1), as compared with £U,W2t - -500 for the current year."
